Privacy Notice · Grievance Officer

These terms apply to your use of the private online catalogue at srikrishnajeweller.com (“the site”), operated by Sri Krishna Jewellery, 8-3-325 A, Main Bazar, Hindupur, Andhra Pradesh, India. By requesting access and ticking the consent box you accept these terms and our Privacy Notice.

1. What the site is

The site is a viewing catalogue only. It shows photographs, serial numbers and weights of ornaments available at our Hindupur showroom. Nothing on the site is an offer for sale, a price quotation, or a contract. No orders, payments or bookings are taken through the site. All purchases happen in person at the showroom (or as separately agreed with us in writing), where hallmarking, weight, rate and wastage are shown to you before you buy.

2. Access

• Access is by invitation and is granted, limited in time, or withdrawn at our sole discretion.
• You must be 18 years or older and give your own true name and mobile number.
• Your access is personal. Do not share your one-time code or let others use your session.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, scrape, download in bulk, republish or commercially use any photograph or listing; not to attempt to bypass the access gate, probe or overload the site; and not to use the site for anything unlawful. Sharing an individual piece via the site’s own Share button is permitted.

4. Intellectual property

All photographs, designs, text and the “RKS” / Sri Krishna Jewellery marks belong to Sri Krishna Jewellery. You receive no licence other than to view them on the site.

5. Availability and accuracy

Pieces may be sold or altered without notice; weights and images are indicative and confirmed only at the showroom. The site may be unavailable at times for maintenance. It is provided “as is” and, to the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the site.

6. Personal data

How we collect and use your name, number and browsing activity is set out in the Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms.

7. Grievance Officer & complaints

For any complaint about the site, its content or your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge complaints promptly and aim to resolve them within 30 days. Data-protection complaints that remain unresolved may be taken to the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the version number above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at Hindupur, Sri Sathya Sai District, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
