Sri Krishna Jewellery, 8-3-325 A, Main Bazar, Hindupur, Andhra Pradesh (“we”, “us”) is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data collected on this website. This notice is issued under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025, and explains — item by item — what we collect, why, for how long, and how you can exercise your rights. It is written in English; if you would like it in Telugu, Kannada or Hindi, ask us and we will provide it.
1. What we collect and why

We collect nothing else. We do not ask for or store payment, card, bank, Aadhaar, PAN or any other identity information on this website. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
2. Consent
We collect your name and number only after you tick the consent box on the access form. The box is never pre-ticked. You may withdraw consent at any time — simply message the Grievance Officer below or tap Sign out and ask us to delete your details. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent; it does not affect anything done before withdrawal, but it does mean we can no longer give you catalogue access.
3. Age
This catalogue is for adults. By ticking the consent box you confirm you are 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has requested access, tell the Grievance Officer and we will delete the record.
4. Who we share it with
- WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) — solely to deliver the verification code you requested. Delivery is subject to WhatsApp’s and Meta’s own terms.
- Our web-hosting provider — the website and its database run on servers located in India (Mumbai). The provider is bound by contract to keep the data secure and use it only to host the site.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you separately ask for them.
5. How we keep it safe
The site is served over HTTPS; verification codes are stored only as one-way hashes and expire within minutes; access is time-limited and can be withdrawn by us at any time; the admin console is password-protected with login rate-limiting; and backups are kept by our hosting provider. If a data breach affecting you were ever to occur, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the Rules require.
6. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may, free of charge:
- Access — ask what personal data we hold about you and who it was shared with.
- Correct or update your name or number.
- Erase — ask us to delete your details (we will, unless the law requires us to keep a record).
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Nominate a person to exercise these rights for you if you are unable to.
- Complain — first to our Grievance Officer; if unresolved, to the Data Protection Board of India.
Send requests to the Grievance Officer below. We aim to respond within 30 days. To protect you, we may confirm the request came from the mobile number on record.

If we change how we use your data we will update this page, change the version number above and, where the change is significant, ask for your consent again. Earlier versions are available from the Grievance Officer.
